I returned it to the company and they replaced it. This product is very difficult to get it to connect to a bluetooth phone, MP3, laptop or other bluetooth device. You must attempt the search for Bluetooth multiple times before your device can even find it. Then don't shut it off whatever you do or you have to do the Bluetooth location all over again. I do NOT recommend this product to anyone.
